Elon likes to play and is very rambunctious. He likes to instigate action. He always seems to be in a good mood. He 's always attacking my feet when I'm sleeping and likes to steal my shoes. Baths are the end of the world for him. He likes to act tough, but he's a big baby. Whitey is more laid back. He's very lazy and really doesn't like to play. He sleeps anywhere, anytime, all the time. Elon likes to mess with Whitey when he's sleeping. This usually results in Whitey chasing Elon all over the house. They didn't get along at first, but now they are best buddies.** **Submitted by Jared Keenan.* ![](https://cdn.synaps.media/pembrokenews/content/images/2026/09/elon2.JPG) ![](https://cdn.synaps.media/pembrokenews/content/images/2026/09/whitey2.JPG) ![](https://cdn.synaps.media/pembrokenews/content/images/2026/09/Elon3.JPG) ****Sleeping is a big part of a ferrets day.** **Pictures by Jared Keenan.* ### Would you like your pet to be selected as the PCJ pet of the week? ### **We Need Your Pet Pics!** Email us your pictures with "Pet of the Week" in the subject (any type of pet, from any town is eligible) and maybe you'll see your pet featured here.
