### 9/11 Memorial Ceremony

The Pembroke Community Services Department held a 9/11 memorial service today at the Community Center Bandstand on the Town Green.

### Pembroke's Flock Cameras

The Pembroke Police Department operates six license plate reader cameras under a $36,000 contract paid for with narcotics forfeiture funds. Records obtained by PCJ show how the system works, where the cameras are, and what the department's own policy permits and prohibits.
