Consistent with Massachusetts law, arrests and incidents involving domestic violence, sexual assault, or violations of abuse prevention orders are excluded from the public log (M.G.L. c. 41, §§ 97D & 98F; M.G.L. c. 209A, § 8). Juvenile records are protected under M.G.L. c. 119, § 60A.
